CapMap - A LISC Approach to Capacity Building LISC's groundbreaking approach to organizational diagnostics - known as capacity mapping - is featured in a new book jointly released by The Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO) and the Fieldstone Alliance called: A Funder's Guide to Organizational Assessment. The book provides a comprehensive overview of four of the most successful and innovative diagnostic approaches in the field, sharing lessons learned by some of the nonprofit sector's leading practitioners. LISC's Vice President for Organizational Development, Maria Gutierrez, and Senior Program Officer, Daraus Mirza contributed a chapter on the CapMap model, which has attracted the attention of grantmakers in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
