Short Biography: LORI BARTCZAK is program manager at Grantmakers for Effective Organizations. She is responsible for overseeing program activities such as communications, the Web site, conference planning, research and publications. Previously, Lori served as publications editor for BoardSource. Prior to joining BoardSource, Lori edited a magazine and newsletters for the public affairs office of the Naval Facilities Engineering Command. Lori received bachelor's degrees in journalism and English from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is pursuing an MA in philanthropic studies at Indiana University's Center on Philanthropy.
