Bookstore Return Information

For accounts that are in good standing, we will accept returned merchandise within the following limits:

1. A written request for authorization to return merchandise must be submitted. You may fax your request to 651.556.4517.
2. Returns will only be accepted within six months of the invoice date of purchase.
3. Not more than 25% of any purchase may be returned.
4. Returned stock must be in suitable condition for resale.
5. We do NOT charge a restocking fee.

If a title or edition is scheduled for discontinuation, returns will not be accepted. We will do our best to notify you of such edition changes at the time of shipment.
