ST. PAUL, MN (September 18, 2006)—Fieldstone Alliance today announced that Tom Triplett, a long-time Twin Cities leader in the nonprofit, business, and government sectors, has joined the organization as a Principal Consultant.

Fieldstone Alliance 's President Carol Lukas said: "The addition of Triplett to our staff broadens our expertise and capacity to address the challenging financial issues facing the nonprofit sector. In an environment of tight dollars and increasing competition, nonprofits and the social sector as a whole need to look for creative ways to sustain organizations and finance delivery systems in order to maximize social impact."

Just one year after spinning off from the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, Fieldstone Alliance has established a distinctive place in the national nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. In his role as Principal Consultant, Triplett will lead Fieldstone Alliance's consulting work with key organizations, grantmakers, and intermediaries on financial and business strategy and overall performance.
