Frequently Asked Questions
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Unless RUSH delivery is requested, United States orders totaling
less than $100 are shipped via regular U.S. mail. Please allow 7-10 business days for your
order to arrive. Orders over $100 are shipped UPS Ground. International orders
are sent via Foreign Air Mail. Please see our
shipping page for more details.
Can I be billed for my order or do I have to prepay?
We can bill you if your order is less
than $100 and your account is in good standing with Fieldstone Alliance.
What kind of discounts are available?
Please see our discounts page.
If I am ordering a book set, can I take out a book and replace it with another book?
No, books sets are sold as they are listed and no replacements are available.
